MAXIMATOR Test LLC – first high pressure testing service in the United States
MAXIMATOR® GmbH is continuing their worldwide expansion with the opening of a testing laboratory in Illinois. Operating from its new base in Gurnee, IL Maximator Test LLC provides a range of services to customers in a wide variety of fields. Maximator Test LLC specializes in the testing of high pressure components up to 10,000 bar (145,000 psi). The primary customers are the automotive industry and automotive component suppliers, plastics, chemical, and oil & gas industries.

The service portfolio comprises Leak and Pressure Drop Testing up to 65,000 psi (4,500 bar) as well as Pressure and Burst Pressure Testing up to 145,000 psi (10,000 bar).
In addition, Maximator Test LLC is the first company in the United States to offer Pressure Pulse Testing service up to 4,500 bar at 15 Hz. This high frequency ensures short and cost efficient testing of high pressure components.
Maximator Test LLC is also able to provide Autofrettage service for prototypes and is capable of processing autofrettage orders at pressures up to 145,000 psi (10,000 bar) swiftly, safely and reliably. MAXIMATOR® has long term experience with the autofrettage process and the equipment required to successfully extend the fatigue life of high pressure components.
With the capabilities of Maximator Test LLC customers now have a resource for PPAP testing, component/assembly validation testing, material validation testing, etc. MAXIMATOR®‘s expertise and unique test equipment will give the accurate data needed to make cost-saving decisions.
Maximator has designed and built hundreds of machines currently in use in R&D labs, Test Labs, and Production facilities all over the world. These high quality machines are German Engineered to provide years of trouble-free service.
